Dr. Sydney
VETERINARIAN
Dr. Sydney Boychuk was born and raised in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland. She is excited to be able to return home to practice after graduating from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2023. She has special interests in behaviour and preventative medicine and is looking forward to integrating these into her everyday practice.
When not at work you can find Dr. Boychuk with her nose in a good book or scoping out the local food scene! We are thrilled to have a Veterinarian born and raised in our town, working with us!
Dr. Boychuk is accepting new patients and is looking forward to becoming your family Veterinarian!

My favourite animal is a dog, each different breed and every individual dog has their own unique personality, and I love getting to know them

I collaborate with pet owners by discussing their specific concerns and goals of care and working with them to come up with the best plan for both them and their pet to provide the best care possible for their animals.

I approach difficult cases and diagnoses by collaborating with my colleagues and also taking the time to research the topic to try to get the most up to date information possible

What do you recommend to pet owners to ensure their pets lead a healthy life?
To ensure pets lead a healthy life I recommend owners get to know their pets normal and look at keeping up to date with vet visits and preventative care
