The queen of mean and the sultan of sass, Gloria (Gigi to her friends) is the resident social media star of CBS Animal Hospital (follow her on TikTok and Instagram!) and the real boss around these parts. She arrived seven years ago as a supposed “feral”, and she made herself so at home that we simply couldn’t get rid of her! Her favorite hobbies include cuddling our youngest and oldest clients, causing trouble for the CSR team, and being the best calico she can be – that means creating havoc wherever she lands!
