VETERINARY ASSISTANT/CSR

Marshall graduated from the Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist program in 2023 and completed his work term with us! With a passion for animals, a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service, we were happy to welcome him to the team full time! Working in our reception and treatment areas, Marshall is excited to help wherever he can in the clinic. He’s a team member who likes to apply himself in as many areas of the clinic as he can! He’s a dog lover, a cat lover and most importantly a treat giver! When he’s not in the clinic you can find him relaxing with his dogs at home or enjoying the lovely weather (when we have it!).

What's your favorite animal and why?

I love dogs as they’ve always been in my household. I love their company and each one Is as unique as the last.
What's the most unusual pet you've ever cared for?

Probably the duck we had in clinic. First time I’ve ever seen a duck as a house pet.
What's your favorite part about working with animals?

At the end of the day It feels very rewarding knowing you helped the animals that you saw.

What inspired you to work in this industry?

All of my pets in the past. I’ve always loved animals and have always wanted to work with them.
What advice would you give pet owners to ensure their pets lead healthy lives?

Make sure you know what they’re sensitive to. My pups sensitive to chicken and if we didn’t switch her food she would still be having hot spots.
